AT&T has announced that customers with the Samsung Ativ S Neo handset can update their devices to Windows Phone 8.1.
The system update includes Cortana, expanded home screen panels, action center, new lock screen widgets, word flow keyboard and other improvements. The update is free and can be installed over the air.
