Verizon has made its Nokia Lumia 822 smartphone official recently, pricing it at $100 on a two-year contract. The handset is basically the CDMA version of the Lumia 820 and runs on Windows Phone 8. Verizon’s EVDO Rev.A and 4G LTE network is supported with the 822, which is only said to arrive soon at Verizon.

Otherwise, the Lumia 820 and 822 sport eight-megapixel main cameras with Carl Zeiss optics and a 1.2-megapixel front shooter. The phone can support wireless charging with an accessory cover that replaces the standard one.

Nokia Drive+ for cloud storage is bundled, as is Nokia Music and a turn-by-turn navigation feature.

AT&T and T-Mobile will also offer the Lumia 820 on their GSM networks.
