XLrator Media has released the trailer for sci-fi action-thriller The Scribbler, starring Katie Cassidy (“Arrow“), Michelle Trachtenberg, Eliza Dushku, Gina Gershon, Sasha Grey, Garret Dillahunt, Michael Imperioli and Billy Campbell. The film will be released On Demand and on iTunes September 19.
The Scribbler is directed by John Suits and written by Daniel Schaffer, who also penned and illustrated the original 2006 graphic novel on which the film is based.
The movie follows Suki (Katie Cassidy), a young woman confronting her destructive mental illness using “The Siamese Burn,” an experimental machine designed to eliminate multiple personalities. The closer Suki comes to being “cured,” she’s haunted by a thought… what if the last unwanted identity turns out to be her?
