Neko Entertainment has announced its PC-hit, Tetrobot and Co.’s, arrival onto mobile and tablet devices. It’s not surprising, for this popular puzzle game has become quite a hit on Steam, providing PC gamers with hours of mind-boggling fun — the big news however, is that it will also make its way onto the Wii U on 30th October in Europe and North America.
If you’re unfamiliar with the game, it’s all about guiding a microscopic robot named Psychobot within the confines of Tetrobot’s cogs and circuits, in order to repair it.
Acquainted players of the game should have an enhanced gameplay experience thanks to the Wii U’s hardware, allowing them to swallow and spit-out blocks of matter in more ways than one.
Players can use the Wii Remote to point at the TV screen, use the Wii U Gamepad’s touch controls, or solve puzzles using a Wii U Pro Controller. Using the Wii U Gamepad also allows the player to enable the Off-TV Play mode, so you can crack-on with tricky challenges in the comfort of your own bed.
