T-Mobile G2 Smartphone Pops Up on Teaser Site

T-Mobile’s G1, otherwise known as the HTC Dream, came out 2 years agao and is far froma a modern phone by today’s standards, especially as new smartphones hit the market with 1GHz chips and updated versions of Android. But even though it’s slow by today’s standards, the G1 broke ground be becoming the world’s first Android powered phone when it first launched.

 T-Mobile   just posted a teaser site previewing its upcoming G2.

“The T-Mobile G2 will deliver tight integration with Google services and break new ground as the first smartphone designed to run at 4G speeds on our new HSPA+ network,” T-Mobile states on the G2’s preview page. “In the coming weeks, we’ll share more details about the G2 and offer exclusive first access to current T-Mobile customers.”
