Sony has launched an official Reader app for iOS. The software lets people access content bought for Sony’s proprietary e-reading platform, syncing a user’s titles through cloud storage. Many common features are included, such as bookmarks, day and night modes, and customizable font sizes and contrast. Some library management options include support for personalized collections.
The app marks a late entry from Sony into iOS support. Companies like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Kobo have supported iOS for a long time now.
Reader is a free app for both the iPhone and iPad and can be downloaded for the app store.
