Playdead, the developer of acclaimed puzzle platformer Limbo, has announced its latest game, Inside, will launch for PlayStation 4 on August 23. The date was revealed in a new trailer for the game, which you can watch below.
Inside was released on Xbox One and PC in June and received very positive reviews. Talk of a PS4 version began when Trophies for Inside appeared online, and a report later said it would be available by the end of August.
Following the launch of Inside, Playdead’s chief executive, Dino Patti, left the company to “seek new challenges.”
“Following almost 10 incredible years building Playdead from an idea to two dents in the games industry, I’m leaving to seek new challenges,” he said.
