The upcoming Shadow of the Beast remake for PlayStation 4 is coming out soon. Developer Heavy Spectrum has announced that the PS4-exclusive will debut on May 17.
In a PlayStation Blog post, Heavy Spectrum CEO Matt Birch revealed that the studio made “significant changes” to the game in the past few months. Among these are updates to the combat mechanics so that they feel “buttery smooth,” while main character Aarbron has been given new abilities that aim to provide “much more depth to gameplay.” You can see some of these in the video below.
