Hasbro and Lionsgate have revealed publicity photos of the My Little Pony: The Movie cast that feature looks at some of the new ponies to be played by Emily Blunt, Kristin Chenoweth, Taye Diggs and Liev Schreiber. Take a look at the My Little Pony movie cast pics below!
Also included in the cast are Zoe Saldana, Sia, Uzo Aduba and Michael Peña, as well as the voice actors behind the “Mane 6” from Discovery Family’s massively popular My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic series – Andrea Libman, Tara Strong, Ashleigh Ball, Tabitha St. Germain and Cathy Weseluck.
My Little Pony: The Movie is scripted by Rita Hsiao (Toy Story 2, Mulan) and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic writer Meghan McCarthy and directed by Jayson Thiessen. The film will be produced by Brian Goldner, Stephen Davis and Josh Feldman, for Hasbro’s Allspark Pictures. My Little Pony: The Movie is scheduled to land in theaters globally on October 6, 2017.
