Logitech today introduced its Wireless Headset F540 for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
The Wireless Headset F540 includes a wireless base station with three analog inputs -“ making it easy to connect up to three audio devices, including your game console, TV, DVD player, Logitech Squeezebox, MP3 player or other sources.
The headset incorporates independent voice and game volume controls, mic mute and input selector allowing users to switch between the three connected audio sources remotely.
The headphones use 40mm laser-tuned drivers to deliver a detailed stereo sound, while the mic also includes noise-cancelling to enhance chat quality. Its built-in rechargeable battery delivers up to 10 hours of use on a single charge.
The Logitech Wireless Headset F540 is expected to be available in the US in October for $150, with European availability in November.
