Jess Weixler (Teeth, Lumpy) has been cast as Audra, the wife of Bill Denbrough, in Andy Muschietti’s IT: Chapter Two at New Line Cinema.
The film will adapt the other half of Stephen King’s iconic novel following last year’s massive hit. The action will be set three decades later as the grown-up version of the “Loser’s Club” reunite as adults to defeat Pennywise once and for all.
James McAvoy plays the adult Bill with Audra his wife, an actress and model who was asked not to follow Bill to Maine. She does anyway and is soon captured by Pennywise and used as bait. Olivia Hussey played the role in the original mini-series.
Jessica Chastain, James Ransone, Jay Ryan, Andy Bean, Bill Hader, Teach Grant, Isaiah Mustafa, Will Beinbrink, Xavier Dolan and Bill Skarsgard all star in the new film which is currently in production ahead of release September 2019.
