Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton will appear for a sit-down interview on a special edition of actress-producer Amanda de Cadenet’s interview series “The Conversation” on Lifetime.
During de Cadenet’s exclusive, one-hour discussion with Clinton, the pair will cover the politician’s childhood, marriage, role as a grandmother and decision to run for presidency as well as Clinton’s stance on women’s rights.
Later on in the episode, de Cadenet and Clinton will be joined by fashion/social media influencer Chriselle Lim and YouTube personalities GloZell Green and Maya Washington for a conversation about paid family leave, the mom vs. work dilemma and overcoming fear.
No stranger to television appearances, Clinton has paid special visits to Jimmy Fallon’s “Tonight Show,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “Late Night with Seth Meyers” throughout the course of her campaign. The former secretary of state also cameoed on “Saturday Night Live” opposite recurring Clinton impersonator Kate McKinnon last October and made a guest appearance on Comedy Central’s scripted series “Broad City,” which was recently renewed for two additional seasons.
The special edition of “The Conversation” airs Jan. 13 on Lifetime.
