Devious Maids‘ upcoming third season just got a lot more complicated for Carmen Luna. Gilles Marini, who plays Carmen’s strange bedfellow Sebastien, has been promoted to a full-fledged series regular, TVLine is reporting. Season 3 will premiere sometime in 2015.
Viewers were first introduced to Marini’s character during the Lifetime drama’s second season finale July 13. After sleeping with Carmen and promising her a meeting with a record executive, he revealed that said executive is actually — wait for it — his wife. Marini is also coming off a series regular role on ABC Family’s Switched at Birth. His character Angelo died on the July 14 episode.
