Samsung has announced a strategic partnership with Pyxis Mobile that will yield enterprise specific applications for its Galaxy Tab. Samsung plans to leverage Pyxis Mobile’s App 7 Studio, a cross-platform WYSIWYG mobile enterprise application development platform.
The official unveiling of the enterprise class apps that have been designed specifically for the Galaxy Tab will be demonstrated at CTIA 2010. It appears Samsung is racing to develop applications designed specifically to appeal to enterprise users which suggests that this is an area that Samsung believes Apple’s iPad may be most vulnerable.
