Electronic Arts Inc. today announced the international line-up of artists who appear on The Sims2 Apartment Life Expansion Pack soundtrack. This list includes: Good Charlotte and newcomer Katy Perry. International pop stars on the soundtrack include: Vanilla Sky from Italy, Ranetki Girls from Russia and Lola, a Hungarian pop star newly famous in Europe as well as Artwerk artists Chromeo, Ladytron and Junkie XL. Australian singer and songwriter Gabriella Cilmi sings her debut title, “Sweet About Me.”
Players can set their Sims up in various kinds of apartments including lofts and penthouses. The expansion includes the ability to manage multiple households, so that the Sims who now live in closer quarters can be happy or in conflict. They can also establish social networks and find romance. The Sims 2 Apartment Life, the latest expansion pack is slated for launch on August 26 in North America and August 22 in European and Asia-Pacific regions.
