David Oyelowo (Jack Reacher, Lee Daniels’ The Butler) and David Gyasi (Cloud Atlas) are the latest names to join the cast of Christopher Nolan’s upcoming science fiction tale Interstellar. The Wrap brings word that both men will join Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Michael Caine, Bill Irwin, Casey Affleck, Mackenzie Foy, John Lithgow, Topher Grace, Wes Bentley and Ellen Burstyn for the sci-fi adventure.
Directed and written by Nolan, Interstellar is based on a script by Jonathan Nolan. The film will be produced by Emma Thomas and Christopher Nolan of Syncopy Films and Obst of Lynda Obst Productions. Kip Thorne will executive produce.
Interstellar will depict a heroic interstellar voyage to the furthest reaches of our scientific understanding. The movie hits theaters on November 7, 2014.
