Purchased product last week to do 2010 taxes. F17 key didn’t work. Fortunately I purchased locally so exchanged it. The replacement worked properly for the first day however in the midst of use on the second day it became un-paired and wouldn’t re-pair. Replaced (the new) batteries and even rebooted the new MacBook Pro (to which other bluetooth devices were successfully paired).

Will return today and sadly wouldn’t recommend. It is an important missing piece of Mac kit.
