Marvelous recently released a teaser for its upcoming game Net High, which introduces us to a 20XX future in which the quality of your life is directly tied to your level of popularity on a government-controlled social network service called Tweeter.
Net High is an adventure game, part of which involves 21-year-old protagonist Oreshi (voiced by Kaito Ishikawa) gathering information from followers with the help of an AI called Cil (voiced by Maaya Uchida). The other part kicks off the “Flame Wars,” Explosive Comments Battles in which Oreshi is tasked with uncovering his opponents lies and pointing out the truth.
