Callpod has announced the release of Keeper for the iPhone 4. Keeper is a downloadable security app that safely stores and encrypts sensitive data such as passwords, financial, business and personal information. Keeper is also available for Blackberry (RIM), Android, Windows Mobile and Symbian.

“Everyone has personal information left unprotected, especially on mobile devices, which are inherently unsecure,” said Craig Lurey, Callpod’s CTO and Co-founder. “Keeper is a great solution for storing all your sensitive information – seamlessly syncing from mobile devices to your computer or vice versa.”

A free version of Keeper provides password management, keeping your information safe and secure with encryption by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (128-bit AES). The clean user interface makes it easy to add items and sort them into useful categories, making navigation of personal records functional and simple.
