Delta Air Lines will add Wi-Fi service to all Delta Connection carriers throughout 2011, making it the first US carrier to provide Wi-Fi on all flights, including Delta Shuttle flights such as the Boston-NYC and Chicago-Washington DC routes.

Delta uses Gogo Inflight Internet service for its Wi-Fi service and will bring the service to its Delta Connection partner airlines, including Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Comair, Compass Airlines, Mesaba, Pinnacle Airlines, Delta Shuttle, and SkyWest.

The service usually costs between $5-13 depending on the length of the flight, though customers can buy 24-hour, six-session or monthly passes, all available at a discount from Gogo’s web site.
