Logitech has unveiled another gaming mouse in its range of high-performance peripherals, this time with a high DPI optical sensor. The G303 Daedalus Apex’s Delta Zero optical sensor is able to offer a dpi range from as low as 200 to 12,000 with zero smoothing, tracking movement at 300 inches per second and is also able to be tuned to operate optimally with the mousing surface being used.

The buttons on the mouse use a metal sprint tensioning system to reduce pre-travel, improving responsiveness and durability, with the main buttons tested to survive 20 million clicks. Its durability extends to other components, with it using a braided cable to protect the USB connection, and its feet are said to last for up to 250 kilometers of travel.

Offering a total of six programable buttons and a 1ms response time, it can be configured with multiple macros and to trigger on-the-fly DPI changes, with onboard memory for three profiles, including settings relating to keyboard macros, reporting rate, and DPI. The G303 also has a full-color RGB lighting system that is customizable from a palette of up to 16.8 million colors and with various light patterns.

Logitech will be shipping the G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition Gaming Mouse in the United States and Europe this month, priced at $70.
