MTV and Dimension TV debuted a first look at the “Scream TV Series” during the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday and you can now watch the official trailer below, along with two additional promos! MTV also announced today that the series will premiere on June 30.
In the “Scream TV Series,” everyone has secrets. Everyone tells lies. Everyone is fair game. What starts as a YouTube video going viral, soon leads to problems for the teenagers of Lakewoodand serves as the catalyst for a murder that opens up a window to the town’s troubled past.
The “Scream TV Series” stars Bex Taylor-Klaus, Willa Fitzgerald, John Karna, Connor Weil and Amadeus Serafini.
The show’s premiere features Bella Thorne in what’s apparently a recreation of the original film’s classic opening sequence. Jamie Travis (For a Good Time, Call…) directs the pilot.
