be quiet! has announced two new power supplies, in two different form factors – the SFX Power 2 as well as the TFX Power 2.
The SFX Power 2 is an SFX form factor power supply that is capable of delivering up to 400 W of juice. It is 80-Plus Bronze certified, and has sleeved cables between 35 and 50 cm long.
The TFX Power 2 is a TFX (Thin Form Factor) power supply. This model may only be rated to deliver up to 300 watts of power, but it is 80-Plus Gold certified. Cables are up to 65 cm in length.
Both of the power supplies are built using a dual 12 volt rail design, and they come with all the safety features we’ve come to expect, including OCP, OVP, UVP, and OPP.
The SFX Power 2 300 W will cost €55, while the 400 W unit will set you back €67. The TFX Power 2 80-Plus Bronze will cost €55, and the 80-Plus Gold version will set you back €67. No word on U.S. pricing yet.
