Logitech Debuts the CC3000e Conference System

Today Logitech has introduced a new conference system, CC3000e, which offers an improved video and voice conferencing environment at a reasonable cost.

Sadly when the a meeting requires having more than a couple people in the same room together, you enter a conferencing room a few minutes before a meeting is due to find out you have no clue on how to use the equipment and/or the software. The CC3000e is aimed at being simple to use and optimized for a group of six to 10 people in the room.

Plus it supports the software you already use! It Extends the unified communications software you use on your PC or mac to your meeting room. It supporst Skype, WebEx, Jabber, Vidyo, Google Hangouts, Cisco, and Lync to name a few. In short, you can choose whatever software you’re used to in order to make a call!

The ConferenceCam CC3000e features a 90-degree field of view with 10x lossless zoom, a Carl Zeiss-certified glass lens and remote-controlled 260-degree pan, making viewing closeups and whiteboard details very clear. Additional touches include noise and echo cancellation, omni-directional stereo or mono sound with 20-foot diameter range. It also support plug-and-play install, to get you up and running fast.

On of the smarter features of the system is the Bluetooth and Near Field Communication (NFC) connectivity for smartphone or phone system pairing. This gives Logitech an edge in easy of setup which all users should enjoy.
