Google’s Inbox App Makes Snoozing Smarter

Google InboxGoogle has updated its Inbox app for Android devices and improved how the snoozing function works.

Now, when users choose to snooze a message, they’ll be given the option to let the message return at exactly the right time if it contains dated information. For example, the message will reappear if Google sees that the message contains concert tickets or hotel reservations.

Inbox can now scan for and manage package tracking updates, restaurant and event reservations, calendar invites, flight confirmations, hotel reservations, and rental car reservations. A one-tap option will snooze such emails until just before the event takes place.

Inbox, an alternative to Gmail, is free to download from the Google Play Store.
