Google Adds Android Pay to Chrome

Google18131_280_a_3cf97ee68deb0429b60b3bd57f4b57e7-2x recently updated its Chrome browser for Android devices with several performance improvements.

Fire and foremost, Android users can rely on Android Pay to make purchases online when browsing. Specifically, Google added support for the PaymentRequest web standard, which allows online retailers to add Android Pay as a payment option to their mobile web sites.

Google says the latest version of Chrome for Android is 15% faster than before. Further, the browser has made gains in power management and now consumes less battery power. Chrome is free to download from the Google Play Store.
