ZyXEL P-2910 is certified to meet the DOCSIS 3.0 specifications, which feature support of four bonded downstream channels and four bonded upstream channels. It is designed to be backward-compatible for use as a single-channel cable modem with DOCSIS 1.1/1.0 and 2.0 networks. The unti supports two phone lines and has four gigabit Ethernet ports.
With regard to speed, the gateway provides channel bonding for up to 160Mbs-”faster than any copper connections and above and beyond most residential and home-office connections today.
