Sony has released the long rumored Music Unlimited client for iOS devices.

Right now the app is only available only in Canada and New Zealand. The app currently lacks a native iPad interface.

The Music Unlimited service is in 14 countries so far.  The service is already on the PS3, Android, Sony Blu-ray players and TVs.

While the  iOS app is free, the service requires a paid subscription after a 30-day free trial.

The $4-per-month Basic option covers some core channels and a person’s own library; full on-demand track access costs $10 a month, but also comes with other perks such as offline listening and playlists.
