Paul Adams, who worked on the social networking ideas featured in Google+ , says Google is blocking publication of his book “Social Circles,” cnet news reports.
Adams who now works at Facebook and tells cnet he agreed not to publish the book until after the introduction of Google+ , adding: “Now that Google+ has launched, I honestly can’t see why they don’t respond to my e-mails requesting permission to publish. The book contains no proprietary information, it is based almost entirely on research from third parties (mostly universities) and any Google research referenced is already in the public domain.
