iControl has just announced the launch of its PlayStation 3 controller accessory, the N-Control Avenger, that is said to revolutionize how gamers play CoD: MW3 (and other games on the PS3). They even called the Avenger: “the most sophisticated secret weapon in the gaming industry”.
The N-Control Avenger is an add-on for your PS3 controller which is said to enhance the manual dexterity and situational of gamers by improving accuracy and reaction time. The Avenger lets users handle their gaming controllers differently, by letting them hit hard to reach buttons with slight movements of their fingers. It’s extremely customizable and can be fine tuned to suit every gamer’s needs.
N-Control says the Avenger can help out with games like Battlefield 3, Madden NFL 2012, Gears of War 3, Killzone 2, Resistance 3, and others, but they really have their sights set on Infinity Ward’s upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and its new multiplayer Spec Ops mode. Modern Warfare 3 is due to ship November 8, 2011—that’s the same day N-Control plans to have the PS3 version of the Avenger out to retailers, but in the meantime 5,000 units are available now in a limited edition directly from N-Control for $48.99.
