Amazon Has reported that the late Stieg Larsson is the first author to join the Kindle Million Club, having sold one million Kindle books. Larsson wrote the global bestseller Millenium Trilogy, which includes The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest. All three are in the top 10 bestselling Kindle books of all time and are New York Times and international bestsellers.
The achievement is a milestone for e-books, which just recently began overtaking hardcover books for sheer sales at Amazon this quarter.
