Michael Richards has landed his first regular TV gig in more than a decade. TheĀ “Seinfeld” N-word shooting star will co-star opposite Kirstie Alley and Rhea Perlman in the TV Land pilot Giant Baby, according to Deadline.
He’ll play the limo driver of Alley’s character, Madison “Maddie” Banks, a Broadway star whose long-lost son turns up on her doorstep after his adopted mother dies. Perlman will play Maddie’s best friend and assistant.
Richards, 63, earned three Emmys during his nine seasons on “Seinfeld” as the chicken loving, hands flailing, perpetually crazy Kramer. He starred in the short-lived 2000 NBC series “The Michael Richards Show” and appeared with his “Seinfeld” cast mates on an episode of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” in 2009.
