and Alison Brie have joined Sidney Kimmel Entertainment’s Sleeping With Other People, which Im Global is shopping to international buyers in Cannes. Leslye Headland of Bridesmaids fame will direct the rom-com that will also star Adam Scott, Amanda Peet, Jason Mantzoukas and Natasha Lyonne.
Kimmel will produce with Adam McKay, Will Ferrell and Jessica Elbaum of Gloria Sanchez Productions, who also produced Bachelorette. SKE president Jim Tauber and Ske president of production Carla Hacken are executive producers.
The story centers on a womanizer named Jake who forms a platonic relationship with a female serial cheater. Production is scheduled for a June start in New York
