Gateway has taken the Acer Iconia Tab A500 and rebranded it as its own, calling it the A60 in the process. Specs remain largely the same, with a dual-core 1GHz Tegra 2 for a processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of integrated storage. The Android 3.1 tablet is still framed around a 10.1-inch, 1280×800 screen.

A microSDHC memory card slot expands memory, and a five-megapixel rear camera is paired with a two-megapixel front cam. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth offer onboard wireless. A USB port and 2W speaker are also accounted for. The 6,520mAh battery is said to offer up to eight hours of life.

Now available at Future Shop, the tablet is priced at $400 CAD ($404 US)
