Thursday, May 12, 2016 was a rough day for a lot of actors and crew members working on television shows. We hope a lot of them find work at the new series that the networks are currently announcing (we’ll have more on those next week when official schedules are released). Here is a look at today’s cancelled shows, with six coming from just ABC.

As we reported earlier, fans will have to say their goodbyes to Agent Carter, as there will not be a third season. While Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will get a fourth season, ABC has also decided not to move forward with spin-off Marvel’s Most Wanted, which was to have starred S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood. Will they now come back to S.H.I.E.L.D.?

It got even worse for Castle fans following the news that Stana Katic was departing from the show: There won’t even be a ninth season, with the season finale airing on Monday. On that note, another shocker was that Nashville has been cancelled after four seasons.

ABC also decided that The FamilyGalavant, and The Muppets won’t be back next season as well.

At CBS, we got the news that the “CSI” franchise has now completely come to an end with the cancellation of CSI: Cyber.

FOX, meanwhile, cancelled their entire line-up of freshman comedy series with BordertownCooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving LifeGrandfathered, and The Grinder.

NBC has also cancelled Game of Silence after one season, Undateable after three seasons, as well as Eva Longoria’s Telenovela, the medical drama Heartbeat, and family comedy Crowded.

Also, while The CW picked up a Supergirl, they have decided that Containment won’t be back next season.
