Fon is now shipping the Fonera 2.0n router to the US. The new update adds 802.11n Wi-Fi speeds but is better known for adding built-in clients to do things that use to require having a computer on and running. Owners can upload content to Facebook, Flickr, Megaupload, Picasa, RapidShare and YouTub. You can also download BitTorrents.   Plus it will send Twitter updates to signal when a transfer has been completed or a guest connects to the public hotspot.

The router has a USB port to support multiple devices and will share most any external hard drive or printer through the local network. It can also use a USB 3G modem as the source for the Internet.   On the wired side, it has four Ethernet ports for wired clients,

Fon ships the router for $99 in the US.
