Comcast is rolling out a promotional bundle for its Extreme 105 high-speed Internet service under the cable provider’s Xfinity branding. For a 12-month period in available areas, the 105Mbps package will be priced at $105 per month and be bundled with cable TV. Other packages will be offered in various markets, but Comcast did not discloses details.
The new, promotional price is only $5 per month more than Comcast’s 50Mbps Extreme 50 service. At launch, the Extreme 105 package cost $200 per month and required a $250 installation. Whether a discount on this is offered with the new promo is unknown.
