C Spire, Southeast regional, has dropped the price of an iPhone 4S by $50 across all three models with a two-year plan, making the 16GB model cost $149. The company is also offering $50 off on 32GB and 64GB iPhone 4S models, at $249 and $349 respectively, making it the lowest upfront-cost offers in the US.

The company offers plans starting at $25 per month going up to $100 per month for the unlimited data, streaming, texts and voice plan. The $100 plan is a “truly unlimited” data plan similar to Sprint’s offers.
