Electronic Arts revealed it will launch its highly anticipated first-person shooter Battlefield 3 on October 25.
Details of the game were announced during EA’s media briefing at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in LA.
The game will also support an open multiplayer beta period for all platforms beginning in September.
Battlefield 3 features U.S. Marines fighting across a myriad of locations, such as Tehran, Paris and New York.
