AT&T has confirmed that it is delivering the Android 4.3 system update to the HTC One.
In addition to upgrading the operating system, the update adds Instagram to Blinkfeed, lets users lock the camera’s focus, improves the gallery, makes improvements to Zoe, and adds the ability to include widgets on the lock screen.
The system update can be downloaded and installed over the air.
