Actress Jessica Chastain has teased that filmmaker J.C. Chandor’s 2014 crime drama A Most Violent Year may get a follow-up.

Set in the early 1980s, the original film starred Oscar Isaac as Abel Morales, the virtuous self-made owner of a small heating oil company who is stressed by the competitiveness in the trade. Soon his principals are ground down by the continual compromises he makes in order to stay in business.

Jessica Chastain also starred as his ruthless wife Anna, while David Oyelowo, Alessandro Nivola, Albert Brooks and Elyes Gabel co-starred. The film was a box-office flop, taking in just $12 million from a $20 million budget, but was one of the most critically acclaimed films of the year. At the time of release, Chastain also expressed a willingness to explore her character more.

This week, a fan posted a clip on Twitter of Isaac and Chastain recently back together again talking about the film in a Q&A and professing their mutual affection. The video was posted with the caption:

“Comforting to know Jessica Chastain loves Oscar just as much as the rest of us.”

Chastain noticed and responded, tweeting:

“I actually love him more (Shhhhh guess who may be visiting these characters again soon?…).”

There’s been no other word on the project for now.
