US Senate Will Vote on Net Neutrality

A Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution in the Senate has hit the 30 cosponsors needed to force a vote to the floor.

This a major milestone for campaign to overturn the FCC’s repeal of net neutrality protections.

The CRA allows Congress to overturn the FCC’s decision with a simple majority vote in the Senate and House.
