Image & Form have announced that turn based strategy game – SteamWorld Heist will be breaking and entering its way into the 3DS eShop in Europe, the Americas and Australia on December 10.
SteamWorld Heist will usually cost $19.99 / €19.99 / £14.99. But if you pick the game up before December 31, the price will be reduced to $16.99 / €16.99 / £11.99 and will also include an Exclusive Home Menu theme that will, according to image & Form, never be available again. Like, never. Ever.
“Yeah, we know it’s too cheap for that much game, but that’s a whole other discussion,” Image & Form head honcho Brjann Sigurgeirsson said.“Let the simple comparison below suffice – it’s objective too, since math never lies:
- SteamWorld Dig costs $9.99.
- SteamWorld Heist is 10 times bigger and better than Dig.
- Ergo: you’re getting 5 times the value.
Well you can’t argue with that sort of sound financial thinking. Moreover if the game is half as entertaining as SteamWorld Dig was you’ll still be getting double the value
