Nokia Is Powering the Back End of T-Mobile’s 5G Efforts

Earlier this week, T-Mobile announced that it is planning on building a nationwide 5G network running on some of the new 600MHz spectrum it won at the FCC auction. Now we have learned that Nokia will be supporting the network migration to 5G. T-Mobile will be using Nokia radios and antennas to give customer hugh boost in data speeds as the firm moves into 5G world.

Please note T-Mobile CEO John Legere has pointed out 5G is not coming to everyone next year, or even the year after that.
