Principal photography wrapped in July on the Captain Marvel;but today we now have word that Marvel Studios and co-directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck have gotten everyone back together for additional photography.
Photos from the Los Angeles set of the reshoots have gone online at Just Jared with Brie Larson as Carol Danvers back in her original Kree outfit, along with Clark Gregg as the younger version of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Phil Coulson. No word on how long the reshoots will go for, which is the standard case from the studios.
Set in 1995, the story follows former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot Danvers as she turns into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes and joins Starforce, an elite Kree military team, before returning home with new questions about her past and identity.
Captain Marvel opens in cinemas on March 8th 2019.
