The Invisible Man is headed for a $26 million opening weekend in North America, pulling in strong critical reviews along with a B+ Cinemascore from audiences.
The Leigh Whannell-directed thriller is coming in above studio forecasts and will take the crown from Sonic the Hedgehog which will come in second with around $15 million. That film has a 17-day total of roughly $127 million.
