Sony Pictures TV is reportedly developing a revival of the classic 1990s sitcom Designing Women with original creator Linda Bloodworth-Thomason is onboard.
The series, which ran from 1986 to 1993, centered on the lives of four women and one man working together at an Atlanta interior design firm. Dixie Carter, Annie Potts, Jean Smart, Delta Burke and Meshach Taylor starred.
Sony Pictures TV, who is behind the revival of Norman Lear’s classic One Day at a Time at Netflix, is also developing a reboot of the 1980s sitcom The Facts of Life.
