NBC has added a new small screen horror project to its upcoming lineup. Deadline reports the network is now developing a series based on The Wolfman and asserts it is based on the 2010 remake.
“The Wolfman” series follows Lawrence Talbot (Played by Benicio Del Toro in the most recent film and Lon Chaney, Jr in the earlier films) who becomes cursed with the lycanthropic transformation.
Dan Knauf, who is also the producer/writer of NBC’s “Dracula,” is showrunning and is, meanwhile, developing a separate genre series for the network. An original concept, the untitled project follows six governesses of Los Angeles’ Hancock Park Women’s Club who use supernatural powers to control the city.
