One of the most anticipated Wii U titles outside of the new Zelda game for Wii U, Xenoblade Chronicles X is finally nearing completion. Producer Tetsuya Takahashi has been active on Twitter, confirming that his team is in high spirits as the game nears completion. He says he expects more information about the game to be shared in the coming months, so expect a big Nintendo Direct soon, as Nintendo will likely want to set a release date for the title to the public.
One question many gamers are asking that hasn’t been answered is whether or not the Shulk amiibo will be compatible with the game. Given that amiibo so far have been compatible with every game released before and after themselves as long as there was a character, it seems likely that the amiibo will be compatible. Shulk is scheduled to be part of the wave three release of amiibo, which is coming in February.
