CD Projekt RED just doesn’t stop. It’s been over a year since The Witcher 3 released and, in addition to enormous, worderful expansions, it’s enjoyed a constant flow of fixes to features most devs would find not important enough to address. And it is still not the end to that.
We're working on the next patch and hoping to have it out as soon as possible. Should address all major reported issues.

While most gamers would expect at least one patch fix the new issues introduced by Blood and Wine, but it is very pleasing to see that Geralt won’t ride off into the sunset until everything is just right.
This is in spite of the heartfelt farewell CD Projekt RED has left at the end of Blood and Wine’s credits and the fact we have been again that this is it for The Witcher 3, the fine folks over at CD Projekt RED want to keep killing those bugs.
